Thorne Site Development was established in 2003 by Karl Thorne. What began as Karl Thorne Trucking and Land Clearing, providing dump truck hauling, land clearing, rock, and dirt services, has grown into a full-service site development company serving Central Florida.
Over the years, Thorne Site Development has expanded its capabilities, equipment, and experience to take on increasingly complex projects. Today, our work includes major infrastructure projects as well as complete site development, from the early stages of clearing and earthwork through the preparation of a site for construction.
While the company has grown, our approach remains grounded in the same principles it was built on: dependable work, capable people, and having the right equipment for the job.
